Fees
There are two ways that you can elect to engage us:
Attendance fee of $210 plus GST per hour
This is most likely to be appropriate where you require advice, or require us to attend performance management, disciplinary meetings or restructuring meetings.

Fixed Fee Basis
This is most likely to be suitable when we represent you at a mediation or collective bargaining. If you elect to be represented in this way you will be charged a rate of $1750 plus GST for a half day mediation. This rate includes attending to correspondence prior to the mediation; organisation of the mediation date; preparation for mediation; and attendance at the mediation.
Costs for attendance at mediation may be greater if the employee elects to file the matter in the Employment Relations Authority.
Rates for attendance at full day mediations, collective bargaining, and other matters are available on request.
