Fees
Our fees for employees have been set after close observation of how different advocate fee structures operate. It is our experience that often the representative obtains a larger share of any settlement than seems reasonable. We have structured our fees so that representation is affordable.
There are two ways that you can elect to engage us:

Capped Fee Basis
There is a base administration fee of $300 that you will pay regardless of the outcome.
In addition to this you will pay 30% plus GST of the settlement achieved up to a maximum total fee of $1590 plus GST.
Attendance fee of $210 per hour plus GST
This is most likely to be appropriate where you require us to attend performance management, disciplinary or restructuring meetings.
We do not operate on this basis; there is always a base administration fee of $300. We charge you the base administration fee because we want to see that you are committed to your case and you paying that small upfront fee will demonstrate that.

Our capped fee services particularly are likely to represent a very cost effective way for you to address your employment issue.
